Friday, late afternoon arrival at the hotel and setup.Saturday morning meeting at the Beuty farm where Nathalie (20 years of experience en beauty care and chinese energetics) will welcome you in the authentic and dazzling world of essential oils. Complete personnalized  face care (2h), techniques and chosen products will be chosen according to your needs and trhe nature of your skin. 

Then depending on your mood you have the possibilities of visiting the Ecrins National Parc House at Châteauroux les Alpes and watch a film projection, of relaxation on the terrace of the beauty farm or hiking into the heart of the mountain. 

Sunday morning or afternoon
A one hour energizing massage will free you from you inner tensions and will allow your body to relax deeply.

The hotel offers access to a relaxation space (with relaxing shower, music, essential oils, and fruit juice).

This stay is entirely adaptable to your mood and desires.

Price includes: beauty care and wellness, half board lodging in a **hotel double room, service plus dans la chambre with advanced room service. Hiking preparation and briefing available.

Program : Arrival on saturday, corporal relaxation session with Clélia artherapist.

Late saturday morning arrival, set up in your lodging*. Corporal relaxation session with Clélia artherapist , relaxation, breathing, stretching, initiation massage... followed by a session on the medicinal properties of our mountain plants (how to prepare them, how to cook them….) 
Afternoon tea break with a hysope tea infusion.
Free visit of the rural museum, with a presentation of the ancient crafts and an exposition on the 70 years of the Crévoux Resort.
Followed by the evening dinner where cooks the will take care of your tastes by offering their best gourmet menus..
Evening hike under the moonlight with José state certified mountain guide, discovery of the different constellations.

Sunday morning hike with José state certified mountain guide, discovery of the alpin high altitude pastures, of the fauna and flora of the Crévoux valley. Meeting and picnic with a shepherd. 
From 2pm to 4pm, an invitation to relaxation session, breathing , stretching. Followed by a creative workshop, with a floral thematic, with painting on slate and stone.
