Program :

Discover the the most beautful mountain peaks of Serre-Ponçon, lying betwwen 2000m and 2500m high.

Legends and storieds of the High alps evening.
Every hike will lead you to the discovery of different themes going from local history , to the geological past of the mountain, from the life of the wild mountain goats to the life of the slate miners of Châteauroux les Alpes.

Level: Moderate to good walker. Between 4 and 7 hiking hours per day.

Discovery stay in the "Orres" valley, on the trails of today and past shepherds.

Program :

1rst day: Daily transhumance, village to village hikes through fields and pastures, a way to discover the everyday life of the shepherds.

2nd day : Seasonal transhumance, on the trail of the yearly "moutaining", still used today, hikes to the summer, alpin pastures.

3rd day : following the shepherd, visit of a high altitude pasture, the shepherd's cabin…

Lodging:  gîte d’étape or Bed & Breakfast supervision by a state certified mountain guide.

A spring familly hike to discover our mountain friends. At the gates of the Ecrins national park, in a majestic environment,  discover the trail of the marmot and the "chamois" mountain goats.  « Marmots & company» : a hike for everyone !

Program :

Day 1 : arrival of the participants.

Day 2 :  Free morning, afternoon hike: The chamois king of the mountains.
We will enter the heart of the Ecrins National Park to meet our friend the chamois. (We will observe him through our glasses).

Evening and dinner at the  gîte.

Day 3 :  After a short minibus transfer, we will hike all day on the lake side of Serre-Ponçon : "Once upon a time in Serre-Ponçon".
Evening and dinner at the gite. "Stories and legends of the High Alps" evening.
Day 4 : Morning Hike: "The awakening of the marmots".

Spring is here and the mountain awakes, already the shouts of the marmot ring in the heart of the valleys. 

Breakfast at the gîte and departure at the beginning of the afternoon..

Program : Arrival on saturday, corporal relaxation session with Clélia artherapist.

Late saturday morning arrival, set up in your lodging*. Corporal relaxation session with Clélia artherapist , relaxation, breathing, stretching, initiation massage... followed by a session on the medicinal properties of our mountain plants (how to prepare them, how to cook them….) 
Afternoon tea break with a hysope tea infusion.
Free visit of the rural museum, with a presentation of the ancient crafts and an exposition on the 70 years of the Crévoux Resort.
Followed by the evening dinner where cooks the will take care of your tastes by offering their best gourmet menus..
Evening hike under the moonlight with José state certified mountain guide, discovery of the different constellations.

Sunday morning hike with José state certified mountain guide, discovery of the alpin high altitude pastures, of the fauna and flora of the Crévoux valley. Meeting and picnic with a shepherd. 
From 2pm to 4pm, an ivitation to relaxation session, breathing , stretching. Followed by a creative workshop, with a floral thematic, with painting on slate and stone.

Alain has been animating botanical training camps for more than 10 years (Plant’essence, Pensées Sauvages…) he teaches at the school of plants of Paris.
He is also an amateur photograph and has animated a photo club.

Accompanied by Eric , state certified mountain guid, you will discover forgotton tastes, between prairies and forest bushes you will pick wild herbs that will compose your menu.
